Design and Customer approvals after receipt of orders.
Issue of manufacturing drawings, inspection, acceptance standards and part list to PPC DEPT.
Placement of order with item codes.
Inspection of incoming raw materials and compilation of test reports.
Manufacturing of components and inspection of the same.
Assembly of these components and finished products inspection as per specified process
Testing of the all products on test bench and preparation of test certificate.
Finishing and painting as per specifications.
Each and every product is inspected for dimensional conformity and tested for all the design parameters before shipping out and proper records are maintained for each product.
